• All cars hired include air conditioning, power steering, and radio.
• Minimum car hire charge is equivalent to 3 days rental.
• When you collect your car from Malta International Airport, we ensure that the vehicle is delivered with half a tank of fuel which will be charged at regular prices, as available in all gas stations throughout the Islands. We expect that you will return your vehicle with an almost empty tank. However, if you wish to request a different arrangement, we will be happy to oblige. 
• All cars hired are Fully Comprehensive Insured including passenger liability, 18% VAT, mileage charge and one can also opt for our No Deposit Car Hire option.
• Baby seats, roof racks, GPS and automatic transmission are available on request.
• Car hire delivery or collection, to or from, any location in Malta and specifically at the Malta International Airport is included in the price.  Under certain conditions, such as, delivery or pick up from our sister Island of Gozo, the delivery/collection time is outside our normal working hours or very short rentals, we reserve the right to apply extra charges. Clients will be informed of any extra charges beforehand. 
• Drivers must be over 21 years and in possession of a valid current driving license for at least 2 years. Drivers under 25 years of age will incur an extra charge of €6 daily. 
• Drivers over 75 years of age may have restrictions and/or extra charges applied. Please contact us for further details.
• If selected vehicle type is not available the company binds itself to upgrade the booking to the next vehicle type at no cost to the client.
• Bookings are considered secured only when 25% deposit or full payment is affected.
• All secured car hire bookings will benefit from any special offers/reductions that Car Rentals Ltd may offer from time to time.
• No insurance company in the Maltese Islands covers claims for personal belongings left in the vehicle while it is unattended.
• Besides reducing the excess payment from €1000 to €500, the comprehensive/compulsory insurance automatically covers the refund of payment in the event of cancellation of booking.
• The remaining insurance excess of €500 may be waivered by purchasing our No Deposit Car Hire Requested Cover Zero Excess at an extra daily charge of €5.00 thus rental will be without deposit for accidental damage.
• Should one opt not to waive the excess and does not purchase our No Deposit Car Hire Requested Cover Zero Excess a pre-autorisation/block of the €500 will be affected against a credit/debit card as a guarantee.
• Understandably, traffic fines may be incurred and they are the responsibility of the driver/s.  For this reason, a pre-authorisation/block of €150 is expected on delivery as a guarantee to cover this. In any case,  please note that pre-authorised/blocked amounts will be automatically cancelled by your bank within 14 days.
• No credit card required for the deposit in guarantee for traffic fines and we simply accept a pre-authoirsation/block against a debit card in this regard.
• Any reservations placed after 20:00 hours for delivery during the following 12 hours cannot be guaranteed. In this case please call us on 00 356 99498140 to confirm verbally. We will endeavor to do our best to accommodate you.
